Physical workouts are a must for all those suffering from this disease. Doing different exercises will burn the calories you consume through food and it results in maintaining a steady blood sugar level in your body. All diabetics need to perform exercises for a minimum of 30 minutes daily.
Procrastination or delay in taking food is also harmful to Diabetics. Eating proper food at the appropriate time can allow the pancreas and liver to work well. So try to maintain insulin level in your body through proper and timely intake of food.
Consuming alcohol is a big no for Diabetics as it can distort the sugar level in the body very fast.
